My name is Bec Freeman, founder of Aligned Planning and Support. I’m here to make a real difference in the lives of participants and their families. I know how overwhelming systems like the NDIS can feel, and my mission is to turn confusion and frustration into clarity, confidence, and progress.
My background spans childcare, retail, hospitality, and small business, most recently Level Up Arcade. I also have Federal Government experience with the Department of Human Services, working in phone-based customer service, claims processing, and as a team leader.
Having worked inside government systems and alongside people navigating them, I bring a unique balance of practical knowledge, empathy, and structure. I understand the policies, processes, and the frustrating delays and paperwork that can come with them and my role is to take that pressure off you.
I promise every participant and family more than just ticking the boxes.
My COMMITMENT STATEMENT:
Explain everything clearly, so you understand your options, your plan, and what happens next.
Be dependable and follow through on every commitment, so you can trust that things will get done.
Advocate for you and solve problems quickly, negotiating with providers and finding solutions when challenges arise.
Listen with empathy and support you with respect, understanding your needs and your goals.
Use my skills and expertise to assist you with NDIS plans, funding, and services to help you make the most of your supports.
Stay accessible, responsive, and transparent, keeping you informed and empowered at every step.
At Aligned Planning & Support, I create clear, organised, and genuinely supportive pathways. I break down complex information, coordinate the right supports, and ensure services align with your goals, lifestyle, and values. You will be heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
I’m known for building strong connections, being highly organised, and following things through. I bring passion, determination, and care to every interaction because support should feel human, not transactional.
My goal is simple: to reduce overwhelm, create clarity, and walk alongside you so you can move forward with confidence, knowing someone capable, genuine, and experienced is in your corner.
